Applications are invited for TWO Junior Research Fellows (@Rs. 12000/= pm for M. Sc and @ Rs. 14,000/= pm for M. Tech) for DST project Physics and Modeling of Silicon Nanophotonic Devices under Prof. P. K. Basu and Dr. N. R. Das in the Department of Radio Physics and Electronics.

The minimum qualification for posts is M.Tech in RPE or its equivalent, or M.Sc. in Physics with Condensed Matter Physics or Laser as specialization, or M. Sc. in Electronic Science with honours in Physics in B. Sc. The applicants must have at least 55% marks in all the examinations. GATE or NET qualified candidates will be given preference. The termination date of the project is July 11, 2010.
