Applications are invited for the position of Project Fellows (4 nos) under the Centre of Advanced Study Program (Phase IV) in the department of Radio Physics and Electronics, University of Calcutta. The selected candidates are to conduct research under faculties of the department and they will be given fellowships @ Rs. 8000/- pm (consolidated). The tenure of the fellowship is up to March 31, 2010.

The minimum qualification for the candidate is B. Tech in Radio Physics and Electronics or its equivalent BE/B. Tech with 1st class, or M.Sc. in Physics with Solid State Physics or Electronics as a special paper. M.Sc. in Applied Physics, or M. Sc. In Electronic Science, with minimum 55% marks from any recognized University may also be considered eligible.
