Authors are requested to submit an electronic version ( MSWORD) of a one-page (A4 size) extended abstract in English via website http://www.irpel.org/phpfiles/send_abstract.php.The abstract may be accompanied by at most two image files. The size of each image file should not exceed 10 KB.
The abstract should be written using Times New Roman font typed single-spaced with margins of 2.5cms on all sides. Spacing of one-line should be used between different sections. The abstract should have the following format:

14pt. Bold, centered
Authors’ names and affiliation(s),
Address,
Telephone, Fax and Emails:
9pt. Regular, centred
Abstract: 10pt. Regular, justified
References: 9pt. justified
[1] Authors’ names (regular),
Journal name (Italicized), Volume (Bold), page nos. (regular), year (regular
within parenthesis). The code of the subject should be printed on top
right of the page. Accepted papers will be required to be submitted as
Full-papers in Camera Ready form.
