DEVESH MATHUR is currently the Director of global technology at Honeywell Electronic Materials for interconnect packaging solutions. He is responsible for new products for thermal cooling solutions and computing efficiency for memory, graphics, IC and related packages.
He is an expert in the area of …….six sigma, polymers, and process scale-up and design. Prior to this role Devesh has worked at GE Advanced Materials for seven years in various roles from new products, process design, scale-up & installation, and productivity in the area of thermoplastics and thermosets. He did his Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in polymer blend design for optimal impact resistance. He holds 4 issued patents and 17 journal publications.
