Sponsorship Categories and their rates

1. KEYNOTE ADDRESS SPONSORSHIP
   
   Companies are invited to provide keynote address sponsorship to the conference. The sponsorship fee is Rs. 5,00,000 for Indian Companies and USD 15,000 for foreign companies and would entail the following :
   #backcover ad in the conference digest.
   #an exhibit/display space in the conference area.
   #ten full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests
   #the sponsor will be acknowledged before the keynote address.
   #a 468 pixels x 70 pixels ad banner in five major webpages of the conference including the homepage.
   #the Hall during the keynote address will be named as desired by the sponsor.
   Total number of sponsorship in this category is 1.
   
   
   
2. PLENARY SESSION SPONSORSHIP
   
   Companies are invited to provide plenary sessions sponsorship to the conference. There will be two such sessions each day.The sponsorship fee is Rs. 3,00,000 for Indian Companies and USD 9,000 for foreign companies and would entail the following :
   #a full page ad in the conference digest.
   #an exhibit/display space in the conference area.
   #six full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests
   #the sponsor will be acknowledged before each plenary speaker's presentation.
   #a 468 pixels x 70 pixels ad banner in five major webpages of the conference including the homepage.
   #the Hall during the plenary session will be named as desired by the sponsor.
   Total number of sponsorships in this category is 6.
   
   
3. GENERAL CO-SPONSORSHIP
   
   Companies are invited to provide general co-sponsorship to the conference. The sponsorship fee is Rs. 2,00,000 for Indian Companies and USD 6,000 for foreign companies and would entail the following :
   #a full page ad in the conference digest.
   #an exhibit/display space in the conference area.
   #four full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests
   #a half page ad in the conference digest (for partial sponsorship).
   #two full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests (for partial sponsorship).
   Total number of full sponsorships in this category is 5 or equivalently 10 partial sponsorships.
   
   
4. CONFERENCE HALL SPONSORSHIP
   
   Companies are invited to provide sponsorship for conference Halls. There will be four parallel Technical sessions running in four different Halls. The sponsorship fee for each Hall per day is Rs. 1,00,000 for Indian Companies and USD 3,000 for foreign companies . This will entail the following :
   #the conference Hall will be named as desired by the sponsors.
   #a half page ad in the conference digest .
   #two full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests .
   Total number of full sponsorships in this category is 12.
   
   
5. INTERNATIONAL PASSAGE
   
   Companies are invited to sponsor the international travel (partial) for one or more distinguished speakers for CODEC-06. The sponsorship fee is Rs. 50,000 for Indian companies and USD 2,000 for foreign companies per person and will entail the following :
   #The sponsor's name and logo will appear in the printed volume against the speakers scientific contribution.
   #The sponsor will be acknowledged at the beginning of the speaker's presentation.
   
   
6. REGISTRATION KIT
   
   A registration kit comprising Bag, Pad, Name Tags etc. will be offered to registered delegates. The sponsorship fee is as follows :
   

   Bag	Rs. 1,00,000(Indian)/USD 2,500 (Foreign)
   Stationery and Name tag	RS. 30,000(Indian)/USD 750 (Foreign)
   Abstract Digest	Rs.70,000(Indian)/USD1,500 (Foreign)
   Complete Kit	Rs.2,00,000(Indian)/USD4,750 (Foreign)

   
   This will entail the following :
   #Sponsor's name will appear in the kit units.
   #a full page ad in the conference digest (sponsors for complete kit).
   #an exhibit/display space in the conference area (sponsors for complete kit).
   #four full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests (sponsors for complete kit).
   Total number of full sponsorships in this category is 1 or equivalently 3 partial sponsorships.
   
   
7. CONFERENCE DINNER
   
   A special Dinner will be arranged for the delegates as well as for invited guests from Government Organizations, Scientific societies and Industries. The sponsorship fee is Rs.2,50,000 for Indian companies and USD 6,000 for foreign companies. This will entail the following :
   #a full page ad in the conference digest.
   #an exhibit/display space in the conference area.
   #five full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests .
   #a half page ad in the conference digest (for partial sponsorship).
   #two full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests (for partial sponsorship).
   Total number of full sponsorships in this category is 1 or equivalently 2 partial sponsorships.
   
   
8. CONFERENCE LUNCH
   
   Lunches for the delegates will be arranged on all the three days of the conference. The sponsorship fee for each lunch will be Rs. 2,00,000 for Indian companies and USD 5,000 for foreign companies. This will entail the following :
   #a full page ad in the conference digest (sponors for full lunch).
   #an exhibit/display space in the conference area (sponors for full lunch).
   #four full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests (sponors for full lunch).
   #a half page ad in the conference digest (sponors for partial lunch).
   #two full status delegates passes to the conference for sponsor use or to invite guests (sponors for partial lunch).
   Total number of full sponsorships in this category is 3 or equivalently 6 partial sponsorships.
   
   
9. TEA
   
   Pre- and Post-lunch tea/coffee will be served to delegates during the conference. The sponsorship fee for tea is Rs. 30,000 for each tea-break for Indian companies and USD 1,000 each for foreign companies .
   Total number of sponsorships in this category is 6.
   
   
10. CONFERENCE T-SHIRT/SOUVENIR
    
    Special conference T-shirts/Souvenir will be given to Chairpersons and Invited speakers. The sponsorship fee is Rs. 70,000 for Indian companies and USD 3,000 for foreign companies and it will entail the following :
    #The T-shirts/Souvenir will bear Sponsor's logo along with CODEC-06 logo.
    Total number of full sponsorships in this category is 1 or equivalently 2 partial sponsorships.
    
    
11. CULTURAL EVENING
    
    A special cultural evening featuring the rich cultural heritage of India will be arranged on one of the conference days. The sponsorship fee for the event will be Rs. 1,00,000 for Indian companies and USD 4,000 for foreign companies. This will entail the following :
    #Sponsor's name and logo will be displayed at the venue.
    #Sponsor's will be acknowledged before the beginning of the cultural show.
    #a half page ad in the conference digest.
    #two full status delegate passes to the conference for the sponsor to use or to invite guests.
    Total number of sponsorships in this category is 1 .
    
    
12. LOCAL HOSPITALITY
    
    Sponsorship fee for providing local hospitality to each distinguished delegate is Rs. 5,000 per person for Indian companies and USD 500 for foreign companies.
    
    
13. MANUFACTURER'S PRESENTATION
    If manufacturing companies are interested to present their products and services, time slots of 45 min may be arranged. Time slots of 45 min duration will cost Rs. 20,000 for Indian companies and USD 1,000 for foreign companies.
    
    
14. TECHNICAL EXHIBITION
    
    An Exhibition of latest products is planned at the conference venue on all three days. It will enable national and international agencies to display and promote their products/services.
